Before you purchase, download and use our themes for your own purposes, or for your clients’ website please make sure you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall ThemeInnovation be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising act of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if ThemeInnovation or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
LICENSE & THEME USAGE
Our themes are created to be used by end users, designers and developers for final work (personal and client websites). You are not allowed to sell, modify (or leave as it is) one of our products and then sell it or redistribute it on any digital marketplaces like Envato or Mojo Themes or your own website. You can’t use one of our themes on a WordPress.com domain.

We provide support services for our themes through our help desk. In each theme you will find FAQs and Documentation. In order to receive support you’ll need to give us the Item Purchase Code / Proper Invoice id / Account info. If you purchased the theme from our marketplace,It will enable us to verify if you are eligible to receive support.
Since Themeinnovation is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is sent, As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read our terms.
Here are the situations in which we expect to give a refund a product and related services you have purchased.
- Due to some mailing issues of your email provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 3 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded.
- If product is not same as described or different from the given description or preview or its functionality doesn’t work same as said so, such those issues should be reported to our Support forum within 3 days from the date of the purchase.Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
- Sometimes download issues may be occur So if you having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping you can Claim regarding such issues must be submitted to our Support forum. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Failure to receive assistance for downloading or unzipping within 3 days may result in a refund decline.
Any information submitted by you (the buyer) for completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues are strictly confidential. We don’t share this information with anyone.
